These easy-to-share plates range from the fresh seafood flavours of our Chilli Crab & Prawn Dumplings, to the rich and indulgent Szechuan Lamb Ribs lifted with pickled cabbage and crowd-pleasing Prawn Toast with yuzu emulsion and prawn powder.
• For the mains, choose from the Pork Curry with crisp crackling, charred pineapple and curry leaves, or heavenly Slow-Cooked Duck Leg with a glistening hoisin-maple glaze, gems of citrus and braised Asian greens.
