Mo’Ju - Karla Hart Productions

As part of the Boorloo Heritage Festival 2023, Yagan Square brings ARIA Award nominated Wiradjuri-Filipino musician Mo'Ju to Perth for the very first time on Saturday, 15 April 2023.

Best known for their 2018 album Native Tongue and the lead song of the same title, Mo'Ju has toured with both national and international artists and most recently with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra as part of WorldPride. Their fourth studio album Oro, Plata, Mata is scheduled for release in March 2023.

Experience their electrifying music; raw and deeply personal. Their lyrics speak to the highs and lows of the soul in a way that has cemented their place as one of Australia's most exciting contemporary artists. Their performance will be rich, distinctive and unforgettable. Also performing earlier in the evening is local talent Flewnt and Optamus with special guest 10 year-old rap sensation Inkabee.

This event will include Indigenous themed food and drinks creating a very special one-night-only set under the stunning Boorloo city stars. Tickets are $20 each (ex-booking fees) but get in quickly as limited tickets are available.

Gates open at 6pm with the first act commencing at 6.30pm.

Proudly brought to you in partnership with DevelopmentWA, Tourism WA and Karla Hart Productions.
