Start the day with chef’s canapés and a glass of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage as you watch the world-class race.
The culinary journey continues with an entrée of Smoked Abrolhos Islands scallops, a main of woodfired Arkady lamb with sides to share and a Bahen & Co chocolate dessert.
Guests can choose one of two beverage packages; lunch and one glass of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage on arrival for $175 per person or lunch and a four-hour Cape Mentelle beverage package for $255 per person.
The day will include door prizes and live music. Please note, no betting will be available onsite.
