Meditation for Relaxation Course
Take time out in your day to completely relax and recharge, both physically and mentally. Some of the many benefits that regular relaxation and meditation can bring are: lower blood pressure; pain reduction and improved memory. We will also do a number of lovely relaxation and breathing exercises, that will have you drifting out with a calm and positive perspective. Each session also includes practical tools to help you gain a new outlook, focus in the present moment and reduce negative emotions.
