Lunchtime Meditation

Feeling stressed? Take a moment to relax, unwind and clear the mind with meditation and mindfulness at the Library.

Meditation is the practice of becoming more in tune with ourselves and the world around us. Mindfulness involves focusing on and appreciating the present moment. Scientific studies of meditation and mindfulness have shown these practices relieve stress and benefit our physical, mental and emotional health.

In the 15 minutes before and after the scheduled class you are welcome to sit, breathe and practise mindful meditation. This will bring added calm, presence and energy to the class ahead, or to the rest of your day.

The class will be presented by Myall Wellbeing.
