Lunchtime Meditation

Feeling stressed? Take a moment to relax, unwind and clear the mind with meditation at the Library.

Meditation is the practice of becoming more in tune with yourself, the present moment and the world around you. There is scientific evidence that meditation offers benefits for physical, mental and emotional health.

Please be prompt, as access may not be granted to latecomers. In the fifteen minutes before and after the scheduled class you are welcome to sit, breathe and practice mindful meditation. This brings added calm, presence and energy to the class ahead, or to your post-class activities.
