Love Stories | The Blue Room Theatre
A brand new theatre production in Perth, hits The Blue Room Theatre July 1-5. "Love Stories" by stop drop + roll theatre company invites you to listen and wonder about the different kinds of love stories in our world.
Love Stories wonders what we can learn from listening to and inhabiting the parallel sensory worlds surrounding us. We explore stories of migratory humpback whale pods with unique vocal learning cultures, of Australian birdsong, composed by evolution, and of a vibrating and harmonious universe. Through live music, installation art, animation, and contemporary performance, these threads will be brought to life, all connected by an original composition created from reimagined field recordings taken across Boorloo.
