Greener Grass with Less Water

How are the City of Perth’s parks and gardens kept so green all year? Join us to discover how the City's green spaces are maintained and get some water saving tips for your garden.

Join us on World Water Day to learn how the City of Perth keeps its parks and gardens green in a water efficient way. The City of Perth covers 120 hectares of open space including heritage parks, foreshore reserves, pocket parks and other green spaces. With so much green space, maintenance is carried out every day. The City's water use is based on the latest science and sustainable methods.
