At this public talk, hosted by Engineering Heritage (Engineers Australia), we will explore some of Perth’s earliest and current Engineering heritage, including:

• The Claisebook main drain and draining Perth’s swamps
• East Perth power station
• East Perth gasworks
• Burswood sewerage treatment plant
• Perth Bunbury Railway
• MTT (Bus) Workshops
• East Perth Locomotive Depot
• PWD Works Depot 

This is a family friendly event, held on the roof of Perth’s first Sewerage Treatment Plant, which is still in use today.
