As part of the City of Perth’s Plateful Perth programme, the Basement at the Stables will make way for our Surrealist take on the Outback.  This dining experience will evoke emotion, and leave you feeling like you’ve experienced just a moment of escapism.

The four course menu and paired beverages artistically brings the flavours of Australia to life, accompanied by a live musician, ensuring we fire up all of the senses.
