Young Adult - Comic Journals with Aśka

In this workshop, you’ll learn to express your thoughts, feelings, and ideas through the visual medium of comics – to tell stories about your life with pictures.

Research shows that keeping a journal can help reduce stress and anxiety. As a small act of self-care, it can offer many mental health benefits. Come along and explore comic techniques to help you start your own creative self-care practice.

Suitable for ages 12 to 24.
