On Thursday 26 January our award-winning UMA Restaurant is hosting a four-course set menu with paired wines. There will be one sitting at 6pm and tickets are AUD169.

The menu at UMA draws on influence from an indigenous population, spanning from the Inca to the cuisine of European, Asian and West African immigrants. It is designed to share, encompasses inclusivity and reflects our vision of togetherness in Australia.

Curated by Executive Chef Xerxes Bodhanwala, the evening will feature a Chef’s selection of our finest dishes with locally sourced WA produce the hero. Midway through dinner, be escorted upstairs to the Pan Pacific Perth rooftop where you’ll watch impressive fireworksfrom one of the city’s best vantage points.

Showcasing a combination of fireworks and drone formations, see the sky above the Swan River explode with colour and dazzling lights for a spectacular 30-minute show!

And for those planning to spend the day in the city, the Birak Concert will take place on Supreme Court Gardens with a jam-packed stage program showcasing local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander talent from 3pm to 7:30pm.
