Brown Street Grill welcomes Fraser Gallop Estate for a one-night long table dinner, bringing together woodfired cooking and Margaret River wines in a relaxed, share-style setting.

A late afternoon built around fire, WA produce and exceptional wine. Set across a generous menu from the grill, the night begins with a glass of Fraser Gallop on arrival, followed by a line-up of wines available to explore throughout the evening. A curated selection from Fraser Gallop Estate will be available by the glass and bottle, including their Parterre and Palladian ranges. Choose from: Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Innovation Chardonnay, Innovation Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright Tank Standard Drinks Menu also available on the night.
