Bark's Summer of Gin Long Table Lunch

As the weather warms, we’re getting ready to kick off our Summer of Gin here in Subi! Settle in on Saturday 30 October to sip on some delicious Aussie gins over a leisurely long table lunch, Bark-style!

Gather your friends and make sure they’re hungry! You’ll be treated to a lazy grazing session of three delicious courses by our Head Chef Chelsea, all washed down with fancy juniper-based bevvies from the bar.

Lamb shoulder + red wine jus

Broccolini, feta, soy beans + balsamic glaze
Grilled caramelised pumpkin

Wizz Fizz - White Knuckle gin, elderflower, lime and rosemary

Cherry + orange compote, grilled peaches
Dark chocolate + chantilly cream

Sin Gin Sloe Gin with orange and optional soda.
