A Shoe, A Spanner and A Song – Come on a musical journey with A Cappella West

 A Cappella West Chorus is heading out on the musical adventure of a life time, performing their brand new show “A Shoe, A Spanner and A Song – The wonderful road trippin’ adventure of Stella and Friends” at Corpus Christi College on Saturday 14^th October.

The multi-award winning women’s barbershop chorus, A Cappella West, will be joined on their road trip by several very special guests – the hilarious men’s barbershop quartet The Electric Barbercats, the exceptional voices of mixed a cappella group The Baden Street Singers, and the brand new WA mixed vocal group, Vocal Mix, as well as the women’s quartet, Eureka! and local ukulele group, Ukupella West.

The show will be a celebration of adventure, friendship, fun and, of course, songs, with music covering everything from traditional barbershop to rock and pop, recent hits, parodies and more – all sung in the a cappella style.

A Cappella West is a chorus made up of about 70 women of all ages, from many different backgrounds, who have come together for the love of singing.  ACW is a 2 time Australian gold medal winning Barbershop chorus, and their motto is to provide a high quality musical product while also having lots of fun! They are thrilled to be putting on their first show for several years, and are looking forward to sharing their passion for performance with a new audience.
