The Botanist G & Tea
The two-hour Botanist G & Tea will include bottomless Botanist Gin cocktails, as well as a mocktail option.
The menu features traditional high tea favourites such as assorted finger sandwiches, decadent macaroons and delicious cupcakes. Additional dishes in the set menu include Charred corn, Zucchini, Leek and Smoked Feta Frittata, Smoked Salmon and Dill Mousse Wafers and Petite Pork and Fennel Pastries, followed by a Petite Devil’s Food Cake amongst the sweet options.
Guests can sip on the heavenly ‘The Peony’ cocktail which includes The Botanist Gin, mango, coconut, wild strawberry, peach puree and spices. Alternatively, ‘The Marigold’ is a tasty fresh cocktail which includes The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, fresh lemongrass, ginger, lingonberry, elderflower and Apricot Brandy. Finally, the ‘English Garden’ mocktail is the non-alcoholic option which has cloudy apple juice, lemon, cucumber and elderflower.
The Botanist Gin has a rich and mellow taste that is cool on entry then warming across the palate, stimulating the taste buds with a round mouthfeel and citrus freshness. The complexity and versatility of this gin is perfectly suited to summer cocktails.
This unique G and Tea experience will be starting this Saturday, and will be available on the following dates, from 3pm to 5pm:

Tickets are $79 + Eventbrite booking fee per person for the elaborate menu designed to share and two-hour bottomless drinks package. Tickets can be purchased from Eventbrite.
