They take their barbecuing very seriously at Deen Street using traditional methods to carve up some of the best meat you’ve ever tasted.

First, they prepare the BBQ pit, then they rub the meat, then inject it with spices, juices, marinades and flavours to keep the meat, tender, moist and full of flavour.

Then when its cooked they wrap it in foil to rest some, make a delicious homemade sauce to go with it… then serve it all up with a beer.
