The Flour Factory

An inner-city public house across three floors of a historic 100-year-old flour mill, The Flour Factory fuses together colourful modern Australian cuisine, using only the finest of fresh local produce with a little Spanish twist.
Their hospitality landmark includes a bakery and butchery, taking charcuterie and “share food” to new heights with an in-house flour mill, seasonal cocktails and a ginspiring collection of fortified wines and 100+ gins from around the world.
While many visit for a dose of ginspiration, their gorgeous venue also showcases a range of corporate and private events.
