Inspired by Samuel Kingsford, who built the flour mill that influenced the street name back in 1883, Samuels on Mill is an elegant, inspiring, contemporary bar and restaurant in the heart of Perth. Led by Chef Chad Miskiewicz, who has been an epicurean innovator since 1998, the team creates inspired modern cuisine in a tasteful, refined ambience.
