Pirate Life opened at the end of October and made it just in time for summer! The city has been anticipating the arrival of this brewpub and you’ll find it right on Murray Street. This venue showcases a multitude of unique spaces, including in-house brewery, casual fine-dining restaurant TOMA, two private dining rooms, merchandise digs and more. Be sure to say hello to our city newbie this holiday season.
Pirate Life Another new city arrival is the B. Lucky and Sons and Strike Bowling venue. It’s game-on for you and your friends this Christmas with a range of activities to choose from when you visit. Get stuck into some arcade games, book yourself a bowling lane, find your way out of an escape room or occupy a karaoke room for some sing-alongs – it’s a one-stop shop for all things fun. Pair this with some their drinks and eats, and you’re set!
B. Lucky & Sons Hadiqa is an urban oasis and a city favourite when it comes to grabbing a drink. The word Hadiqa comes from the Arabic word for ‘garden’ which it mirrors to perfection. They’re best known for their Turkish Delight Martini but if you’re feeling extra fancy, treat yourself to a spritz tree. Here, you can mix and match between 4 or 8 drinks on their menu and build a tree stacked with refreshing drinks – a summertime must!
Set within the picturesque Elizabeth Quay, The Reveley showcases Perth City views like no other. With its unique positioning looking back towards the city over the quay, three stories high, this level captures Perth at its finest. This sky high oasis offers a share style menu, creative cocktail list and live entertainment.
The Reveley A local staple The Aviary is a convenient choice as it's located above the Perth train station. Their rooftop bar is known as The Nest and is the largest rooftop space in the state. The Nest offers spectacular views over Perth’s stunning skyline. Spread over 500 square meters, The Nest is a sunny, playful and colourful outdoor space featuring lush trees and plants, day beds & relaxed furniture. Enjoy the delicious food menu which offers something for everyone... including lasagna croquettes!
Until travel resumes, we can temporarily transport ourselves to Hawaii by visiting Hula Bula Bar. This tropical paradise is located on Victoria Avenue and is the perfect intimate bar to spend your night. They focus primarily on rum-based cocktails and if you want to have it in one of their special tiki-mugs, ask the friendly staff to find out how. Fill your tiki mug with their ‘Lava Flow’ drink if you like pina coladas… and getting caught in the rain.
