Pan Pacific Perth’s pop-up dining space, The Stage, is offering the Spring Affair High Tea, combining all things floral with a range of free-flowing beverages.From the place settings featuring a pastel palette inspired by spring blooms, to the five sweet and four savoury bites, the new season is celebrated in every element of this afternoon tea. Treats on the menu include honey lavender cones and candied citrus scones with apricot jam and cream.
Add on one of their cocktails crafted using Sin Gin Distillery’s Perth Pink Gin (distilled with strawberry gum, lemon myrtle and rosella flowers) to top off the experience.

Garden Spritz High Tea at The Westin Perth
The Westin Perth’s Haven Lounge has just launched the new seasonal edition of their high tea, themed around the Chandon Garden Spritz cocktail.The menu features a range of fruity delights including a citrus scone, whipped cheesecake with rhubarb and strawberry, and apricot gateau. On the savoury side, there’s a lemon pepper chicken brioche slider, salmon tartare, and finger sandwiches.
Wash it all down with the namesake cocktail - or a glass of Moët & Chandon champagne if you’re feeling extra fancy!

Seal Creek high tea in the Cape Arid Rooms
At Como the Treasury, the Cape Arid Rooms’ seasonal high tea menus are crafted in homage to the artworks adorning the walls: watercolour and ink paintings from Alex and Philippa Nikulinsky’s Cape Arid Collection showcasing the natural beauty of Cape Arid National Park near Esperance.The current edition of the menu, inspired by Seal Creek, highlights locally sourced ingredients, such as cheese, cream and chicken from WA’s South West, and macadamias and mushrooms from the Perth metropolitan area.
There’s an array of oh-so-classy beverages to sip as you savour the food, from a bespoke Seal Creek tea to paired cocktails via an extensive selection of infusions and sparkling wines.
