The Night Market at Market Grounds

Every Saturday night throughout summer, Market Grounds lights up into the hustle and bustle of the Night Market. This year for New Year’s, they’re going all out with the celebrations and having a massive indoor/outdoor party to bring in the new year. Indulge in $10 cocktails or bottomless drinks packages, plus confetti cannons and a photo booth!

NYE at Prince Lane

Prince Lane is one of Perth’s fave rooftop bars. In the heart of the CBD, there’s always good drinks and a buzzing atmosphere after 5pm. For this event, head to either the Rooftop Bar, or the Glamour Bar for a fabulous food and drinks package, or simply hit up the Public Bar for casual drinks with family and friends.

It really wouldn’t be a New Year’s celebration without fireworks, would it? That’s why here in Perth, we always put on a good show for everyone to enjoy. It’ll be pretty fantastic, so make sure you set up shop in the Perth Cultural Centre, Yagan Square or on William St between Francis and Roe St for the best view.

This one is all about celebrating another year with your family close by. In the evening, the streets will be lit up with circus performers, food trucks at the Hawkers Markets, and an incredible aerial display. For a cultural moment, head to the WA Museum as it’s extending its opening hours until 9pm. It’s sure to be an absolute cracker, so get around it!

Ice Cream Factory NYE

This one is for those who love a good party to round out the year and celebrate the new one. Ice Cream Factory is BACK and better than ever this summer. With a silent disco, tropical Tiki island, a huge stage, and even a Red Bull Sky Fall (a big, but really fun jump with a soft landing). Tickets available here!

Seasons NYE

Last but certainly not least is Seasons NYE for all the party animals out there. Taking place in East Perth’s Wellington Square, there’ll be 2 stages, an espresso martini bar, a range of carnival rides, karaoke, and so much more to have fun with. It kicks off at 5pm and keeps going until 1am, so you’ll have plenty of time to check out all the awesome things to do.
