Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail

28 November – 28 December | Across the City

The Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail is back in town, lighting up the City and Northbridge for 31 nights with 22 amazing light installations. You can walk the full trail to see all 22 installations or take the family-friendly route, ‘The Merry Mile’. Enjoy festive entertainment and performances throughout the City on select nights, including weekly visits from Santa Claus in December. 

Christmas in the Square

Christmas Nativity Concert

21 & 22 December | Forrest Place

Share in the story of Christmas, brought to life on stage with sing-along carols performed by Perth choirs under the stars at Forrest Place. Gather your loved ones and celebrate the spirit of Christmas through song, story and togetherness.

Festive Lights

13 December | Elizabeth Quay

Get into the festive spirit with a spectacular Christmas-themed drone show, at Elizabeth Quay. There’ll also be a dazzling firework display, a DJ performance live from the floating stage, roving entertainment, sideshow alley games, food trucks and more.

Christmas Nativity Concert

21 & 22 December | Forrest Place

A family tradition that has been a part of the fabric of Perth for over 25 years, this family concert is a show for everyone and a chance to sing along to Christmas favourites. Staged over two nights, the traditional story of Christmas is told live on stage in Forrest Place with Christmas carols and performances.
