Some of Perth’s best cocktail bars are going all out this Easter with spectacular specials and egg-cellent events:

The Aviary’s famous eggspresso martinis are back for the whole month of April. Try the Classic Eggspresso Martini (a combo of vodka, Kahlua, caramel and cold brew coffee served in a chocolate egg) or take it to the next level with the Eggspresso Experience (which has a scoop of Gusto Gelato’s espresso martini-flavoured gelato AND a serve of Kahlua on the side!) 

Hadiqa is hosting an Easter edition of Cocktails on the Terrace, their rooftop mixology series, on Saturday 16th. Enjoy a spritz and (of course) chocolate on arrival, nibble on a grazing board as you learn the art of crafting cocktails from the masters, and get behind the bar to make your own bevvies in this two-hour session. 

The kings of gin at The Flour Factory are holding an Easter Gin Masterclass. Also on the afternoon of Saturday 16th, this one-hour class will include four gin, tonic and garnish combos paired with treats from the kitchen to graze on.
