Challenge your perceptions of what vegan eating is with a stunning 5 course menu curated by Chef Alejandro Saravia and his team. Inspired by the diversity of the West Australian landscape, produce and Noongar culture, ten acre block’s menu will be defined by the changing seasons and ‘farm to plate’ eating perfectly suited to stunning array of produce that Western Australia has to offer.
